Psalm 26
David loved the Lord's house and the Lord's grace. He also loved the Lord's ways. That is, he understood that entering the Lord's house by the Lord's grace did not leave him free to live just however he wanted. Part of the Lord's grace was directing David in the proper ways of getting to the house and of living there. David wanted to be in the Lord's house so he could walk in the Lord's ways, not so he could walk in the ways of the wicked.
